Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy
Deposit:
- A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Must be paid within 10 days of booking confirmation.
Balance Payment:
- Remaining 60% must be paid no later than 30 days before departure.
Late Payment:
- Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.
Payment Methods:
- Bank transfer, credit card (additional fees may apply), or cash.
Currency:
- Prices are in INR or USD. Payment must be made in the quoted currency.
Important Notes
If flight fare increases at the time of final booking, the difference must be paid. Flight timing changes on departure or return day must be cooperated with. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days before travel date.Physical fitness is important due to walking requirements.
