PAYMENT TERMS

  • Booking Deposit: 40% (Non-refundable) within 10 days of confirmation

  • Final Payment: 60% due 30 days before departure

  • Payment options: Bank transfer, Credit Card (processing fee applicable), or Cash

🔁 CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 60+ days: 90% refund (10% processing fee)

  • 30–59 days: 50% refund

  • 15–29 days: 25% refund

  • 14 days or less: No refund

  • Full refund or rebooking if canceled by operator due to unforeseen events

  • Note: Flight, visa & hotel costs once booked may be non-refundable

📌 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Standard hotel check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM

  • Carry minimum 10,000 THB per person or 20,000 THB per family (Cash/Card) as per Thai immigration

  • A roaming plan or local SIM is mandatory for at least one member per family
