Welcome to Anugraha Yathra. By booking a package with us, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below, as well as any specific terms mentioned in your selected package itinerary.
1. Package-Specific Terms Apply
Each travel package (e.g., Andaman, Dubai, Kashi, Kerala, Chennai) includes its own:
- Payment schedule
- Refund & cancellation policy
- Inclusion and exclusion details
Customers are responsible for reviewing the detailed policy mentioned in the respective tour itinerary PDF or booking confirmation.
2. General Booking & Payment Terms
- Advance payment (typically 40-50%) is required to confirm any booking.
- The balance must be cleared 15–30 days before the journey, based on the package.
- Late payments may result in automatic cancellation with loss of the advance amount.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is subject to the policy of the chosen package. Below is a general guideline:
- 60+ days before departure: 90% refund (approx.)
- 30–59 days: Up to 50% refund
- 15–29 days: Up to 25% refund
- Less than 14 days: No refund
Some components such as flight/train bookings, hotel stays, and visa fees may be strictly non-refundable as noted in the package.
4. Itinerary Changes & Delays
- We reserve the right to revise the itinerary due to weather, delays, or local conditions.
- Flight or train delays are beyond our control. Clients are expected to cooperate with any changes.
5. Health, Safety & Travel Documents
- Travelers must carry valid ID proof and any required documents (passport, visa, etc.).
- Participants should be physically fit for travel. Walking and temple visits may involve stairs or long distances.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Anugraha Yathra is not liable for injuries, delays, loss of belongings, or third-party service failures. We act as a travel coordinator for transport, accommodation, and tours.
7. Behavior & Conduct
All travelers are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Disruption or misuse of group resources may result in removal from the tour without refund.
8. Communication & Support
All bookings and updates will be communicated through the registered contact details. For any questions or changes, customers should reach out to us directly.
9. Jurisdiction
All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
